Travis Bruns Fishing 4/22

This summer I hope to go fishing more than I have in the past. I cannot wait to head down to a beach or pier and put a line in the water. I plan on sitting in the sand or wading in the water for hours at a time without a care in the world. I’ll probably read a book or two while I’m at it. It seems as if it will be best described as living the good life. I will not have a care in the world.
I’ve always made excuses as to why I haven’t gone fishing. Most of these I can simply attribute to me being lazy. Other times I say it is because I don’t know of any good fishing locations. Now that I will have a house in Newport News, there is no excuse whatsoever as to why I should not be fishing. There are so many places to go in this area. I feel I could simply just pull over on the side of the road and start fishing. This summer appears to have such great potential. Not just because there won’t be school work, but because I will be able to reconnect with a natural environment.
