Lisa Fontanez, benifits 4/1

These trips that are taken out into the environment can be seen has helpful towards those who are mentally and physically troubled. The atmosphere and the obstacles as well as the landscape allows for such deep thoughts and contemplations. Plus for those who are over weight, walking the trails allows for an increase in the health and the strength of the body, mind and soul. After reading Ellen, a girl in my classes paper about why people walk the trail, it sounds as if everyone should take a trip on the trail. It just seems to the assist in ways that no other place or medicine can do. It truly is an experience that has to be experienced.
