Lisa fontanez, Breath 3/29
During a conversation with a good friend of mine, we discussed the concept of breathing. I came to the realization that in order to be a happy, positive individual, one must set time to the side to relax and realign your thoughts and mind. It really does help to relieve the stresses and the pains that the we sometimes bring upon ourselves. It is never easy to deal with it all but as long as you stay focus and realize that things are not as bad as they may seem. The environment just allows for such clarity and relief. No other place has been able to produce this in myself.
